Customer identity comes before LTV

Orders and invoices can only be added safely after records belonging to the same person or business are reconciled. Email, phone, VAT ID and recorded aliases are evidence, not decoration.

Every amount keeps its source

The profile shows which document and system contributed to customer value. That makes the number explainable and correctable when a document changes.

Uncertain matches stay visible

Ambiguous records should be reviewed, not silently merged. A useful customer profile shows why two records were connected and where confidence is limited.

Both systems publish API documentation, but Bridgefold does not present them as ready-made connectors. We confirm available data and synchronisation scope on the company account before any implementation. BaseLinker API / inFakt API.

It is worth assessing when the business question is about the customer, not only an order.

For example: how much did this customer spend through retail and wholesale together, which companies use several email addresses, or which customers have not returned across all channels.

This direction grew out of a custom implementation where the same question crossed retail and wholesale data. We are testing which parts repeat across similar companies.

Bridgefold begins with the data sources a company already uses. It does not claim that every stack needs another layer.
