Do you need Bridgefold if you already use Base CRM?

Often, no. Base can organise B2B customer relationships inside its own environment. Bridgefold only becomes relevant when the full customer relationship is split between Base, B2C channels, external invoices or separate contact systems.

Base CRM is a sensible choice when Base already has the complete story.

Base describes its customer module as a B2B relationship feature built around company data and VAT ID. It can connect orders and support customer-facing activity within the Base environment.

Bridgefold should not replace that. The purpose is narrower: reconcile records when relevant B2C purchases, external invoices, aliases or contact history never reach the same customer record.
