An integration is not always Customer 360

You have Apilo and inFakt. Do you need Bridgefold at all?

Often, no. Apilo has an inFakt integration and operational sales reporting. Bridgefold only fits when sales outside Apilo or multiple identities mean the business still cannot answer who the customer is and how much they spent overall.

Start with the product you already pay for.

Apilo connects sales channels, stores, marketplaces and accounting systems. Its official inFakt integration includes invoice export and supports operational data such as products, prices, stock and VAT OSS documents. Apilo reports on data available in the user's account.

If all meaningful transactions are already handled in Apilo and the question is operational reporting or invoicing, another product is not justified.

Bridgefold begins when the question is about a customer, not only an order.

When can Apilo and inFakt still leave customer value incomplete?

01
Wholesale operates outside the Apilo order flow

A B2B account manager issues invoices directly in the accounting system, so an order report cannot see that revenue.

02
One relationship uses several identities

A marketplace account, store order and wholesale invoice use different emails while sharing a phone number or VAT ID.

03
Contact sits in another system

The CRM or phone platform holds relationship context that is not part of operational sales reporting.

If Apilo already gives the full answer, we will say so.

If it does not, describe the data outside Apilo. We will respond in writing on whether it can support a unified customer profile.
